TGU offers Integrated Master of Arts program  and two Doctoral programs i.e., Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) and Doctor of Missiology (D.Mis.) both accredited by Global Partnership For Theological Accreditation & Mission (GPTAM). Admission to both these programs is accepted till 15th August of every year.

With modular approach to course learning, research scholars at TGU can take time out without requiring an interruption of studies and this suits people in full-time or busy part-time employment, or with other personal commitments.
